A small processing fee is added for using a debit or credit card.

No processing fee is added for ACH transfers.

Every February, returning families have the option to change their payment method.

    Payment Schedule Options

    • Monthly (10, 11, or 12 months)
For monthly payments, payment is due on the 5th or the 20th of every month, or may split the payment between the two days.

If your account becomes 30 days past due, we send a notice that you have been placed on financial probation and charge a late fee for the FACTS student information system. If the account becomes 60 days past due, we send a notice that you have been placed on financial suspension.
